For every machine purchased we provide a comprehensive training package tailored to the customer’s experience level. If you’re an experienced SMT assembler the machine will be installed and you’ll be up and running production jobs on it with a minimum of fuss. If you’re new to SMT assembly we’ll guide you through the process and arrange for follow-up visits and flexible training sessions to coincide with when you aim to be building your first boards.

All machines are fitted with remote access and the software has been designed from the ground up to be intuitive and fully auditing. This enables us to identify issues and resolve them as quickly as possible.

We also provide unlimited Free telephone and email support and onsite visits where required.

Beyond the standard warranty period we provide ongoing support tailored to individual customers requirements. Fixed price support contract or per call-out charging. It’s entirely up to you.
